About Jacob Iannucci, REALTOR®

As a lifelong Arizonan, Jacob has witnessed first-hand the record growth in his hometown of Gilbert, as well as the rest of the Valley. He became enamored with housing and the real estate market while seeing nearby neighborhoods, developments, and communities grow seemingly overnight, due to the high demand in the Phoenix market.

 Jacob grew up learning everything he could about what sells a home, market trends, and builders, and acquired his real estate license at the age of 18. He spent the first years of his career gaining a deep understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions, dealing with a myriad of other agents, lenders, and title companies, all while ensuring a smooth closing for contracts of all price points, sizes, timelines, and situations.

 In 2021, Jacob joined Haiduk Realty Experience for the opportunity to work with a brokerage that cherishes the goal of creating exceptional client relationships, by providing value, experience, and clear guidance to all clients throughout their real estate journey. Jacob also values being able to help lead a dynamic shift in the industry, in shattering the idea that listing your home has to be a tumultuous and costly process.

Jacob’s core tenets are humility, transparency, and above all, listening to clients to understand their goals and needs when selling or buying a home. He wants each client to be proud to call him their agent, and will use his in-depth knowledge of the Phoenix real estate market and unbridled passion for understanding homes in the area to provide an enjoyable and smooth experience in selling your home, or finding just the right one for you.

 In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and their canines, going on mountain drives with friends, and actively running in the evenings.
